Enquiries

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. These are used to answer your enquiry and, where requested, discuss or provide professional services. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other correspondence. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to reply without contact details.

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Website statistics

The site records daily totals of page views and clicks on links and slideshow controls. The statistics tables store daily totals by page and action, plus aggregate page-view counts by approximate country (when available from the hosting infrastructure), source category and device category. Sources are inferred from referral information or campaign tags; direct and unknown traffic cannot always be distinguished. Raw referral URLs and user-agent strings are not stored. It does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses or visitor identifiers, and cannot distinguish unique visitors. The counter does not set cookies or use browser storage. Aggregate totals are retained as historical statistics and are available only in the restricted administration area.

Hosting and technical data

The website uses third-party hosting and security infrastructure to deliver pages and protect the service. Network requests necessarily disclose technical information, including your IP address, to the infrastructure handling them. This is separate from the aggregate statistics described above. Hosting, security and email providers may process data necessary to deliver their services.

Cookies

The custom visitor counter does not use cookies. Infrastructure security services may set technical cookies, such as Cloudflare’s __cf_bm when bot protection is active. Cloudflare states that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Signing into the restricted administration area involves separate authentication cookies.

The public homepage and About page do not include advertising pixels or embedded social feeds. Instagram and models.com are external links: their own policies apply when you visit them. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking technical cookies may affect security checks or sign-in. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to hi@pierfioraso.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

Photographs and other project images displayed on this website remain the property of their respective copyright holders. They are presented to document projects to which Pier Fioraso has contributed. Their inclusion does not imply sole authorship or ownership by Pier Fioraso.
